About Jess

Jessica Caldwell has always been passionate about helping people feel supported, informed, and confident - qualities that now define her work as a Mortgage Loan Originator. Before stepping into the mortgage world, Jess spent much of her career with the Penn State Alumni Association as Assistant Director of Events, where she became known for her warm client service, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage complex projects with ease.

Originally from State College, Pennsylvania, Jess moved to Maryland in 2012 and now lives in Stevensville with her husband and their pets. She loves being part of the Eastern Shore community and takes pride in guiding clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions: purchasing or refinancing a home.

Jess is also a certified NASM Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Coach. She teaches part time for the Aging Stronger community, where she focuses on helping individuals build strength, confidence, and long term wellness.

Outside of work, you’ll find her traveling, boating, or enjoying time with family and friends.
